Dr. Greschler has published numerous articles in the field of pain medicine, presented at national conferences, and served as a contributing author of a textbook on head and neck pain. While at Harvard, Dr. Greschler participated in several research trials, including the development of a non-opioid pain medication that is the first of its class. During residency, he introduced an initiative to raise money for medical equipment for low-resource settings around the world, which has helped thousands of patients. He is the recipient of multiple academic and professional honors, as well as a member of prominent anesthesiology and pain medicine societies. He is also fluent in Spanish.

Dr. Greschler is driven by his desire to help those in pain through prevention, treatment, and improvement in function without addictive medications. Dr. Greschler’s clinical approach is based on doing what is right for the patient, as if he is treating a friend, colleague, or loved one. His clinical expertise includes the treatment of back pain, head and neck pain, joint pain, cancer pain, facial pain, nerve pain and a particular emphasis on cutting-edge interventional therapies, spinal cord stimulation, and minimally invasive procedures for chronic pain.
